Happy Mid Autumn Festival, Divine Ones!

For the past week since the Autumn Equinox, a lot of my clients have informed me that they feel fatigued or have been dreaming intense and sometimes scary dreams. Some even exhibited physical symptoms such as insomnia, sore throats, muscle discomfort, stiff or swollen body parts. If you have experienced any of the above, it is a result of your physical and energy bodies detoxing intensively. The more serious the symptoms are, the more you are clearing. The more extensive the clearing, the more it indicates that you have not been properly looking after yourself in the past.

This Full Moon in Aries (2 October 2020, 5:05h SGT) is the perfect time for us to honour our own needs and start striking a balance between our well-being and our responsibility to our loved ones. The Full Moon helps us realise where we have been neglecting ourselves and living for others or doing things to assuage others’ judgements. The energy prepares us for an inner journey of change and is conducive to the discovery of aspects of ourselves that needs healing. It is time to confront past judgements and hurts that we have difficulty releasing, and finally find the courage to let it all go.

It is also a good time to work on understanding our own value to ourselves and the world, to honour and appreciate our souls, our personalities and what gives us peace and joy. For some of us, it might mean having to draw stronger energetic boundaries within certain people in our lives and to be aware not to become a people pleaser. Conflict can drive evolution if you allow it to be constructive. So shoulder on with your spiritual journey and remember to reach out for a distant blessing or healing if you feel overwhelmed by all the energetic changes and release happening within you. Sending one and all much love, healing and blessings. Namaste.

With love, light & laughter,
