Inspired by Lentara Sintas' Start Talking campaign, encouraging sexual abuse victims to speak up and seek support, Women of Passion is hosting a Sound Meditation and Workshop focused on vocal expression with the help of crystal singing bowls. Everyone has the right to release, express and receive support. During the session, you will be encouraged to vocalise tones to help facilitate the release of any emotions that could be stuck in your body, while the frequency and sounds of the crystal singing bowls help to harmonise and balance you.
