In this energy healing session, Ame begins by opening up your chakras through flowing energy through you. Next, she proceeds to read your energy to suss out what your pertinent issues are and how to resolve them. She uncovers root causes of disease, discomfort, emotional imbalance and any other obstacles and problems you may face. She then facilitates your healing by activating your self healing ability.
At the end of each session, you will be given a report on what had transpired during your healing session, an energy review and recommendations on how to maintain your energy or resolve your issues.

*Please note for Zoom sessions. You'll need a comfortable space where you will not be disturbed and able to lie down. You may also have a blanket to keep warm, and have something to cover the eyes. If you have a diffuser, you can diffuse any of your favourite essential oils or frankincense, sage, cedarwood. Also, you will have to point your video camera at yourself so Ame can see your energy fluctuations during the session.
