The Emotion Code
Our life is a compilation of experiences along with the emotions that we feel during and after those experiences. Emotions are meant to flow like a river, yet many of us trained ourselves not to feel them fully. As we choose not to feel them fully (or if the emotions are too intense), they can become trapped within our physical and energetic bodies, and manifest later as chronic pain or illness, or as issues in life around the topics of love, finance, relationships, career and the like. As much as we enjoy some and dislike others, emotions give Life it’s flavour and variety, and all emotions (even the unwanted ones) have a reason for existing. And the more we choose to only feel the wanted emotions and not express the undesired emotions, the more we begin limiting ourselves and trapping these unwanted emotions in ourselves. As a river is meant to flow, so are our emotions – no matter how good or bad they feel, they are meant to be expressed and exhausted in a safe space. If we fail to do so, we unconsciously and unintentionally create emotional baggage.
What are Trapped Emotions?
Trapped Emotions are what we call emotional baggage – the leftover energies of intense emotional events that we’ve experienced that are still stuck in our physical bodies. These energies distort the normal field of the body, creating pain, malfunction, all manner of dis- ease, and even cancer. In addition, these energies (trapped emotions) are the driving force behind PTSD, depression, anxiety, phobias and all manner of mental diseases. The Emotion Code is an easy way to find those old emotions and to release them forever in a quick and painless way.
