Lentera Sintas Indonesia works towards creating an environment where it is safe and friendly for survivors to speak up. Lentera Sintas Indonesia started as a support group for sexual violence survivors in 2011, before setting itself up as an NGO in 2013, focusing both on support group and campaign activities.

The musical is about a theatre company who is putting together the epic Rama Shinta show. In the process, many disturbing things are happening backstage. How will the characters handle the abuse being done to them, in the midst of the pressure and consequences of real life ?
Staging realities about sexual abuse and harassment happening in our daily lives is a way for us to educate the community to be more open, aware, and wise in dealing with these issues. Truthfully facing these issues, can prevent young boys, girls, teenagers, and women against sexual abuse.
The musical in two acts will have seven scenes in the first half, intermission, then six scenes in the second half. The scenes alternate between scenes of the Rama Shinta show and the reality scenes about the theatre company that is putting on the production.
Dimas Subagio is a patron of the arts and on the advisory board of Lentera Sintas. While also a directing board member of an infrastructure holdings company, Dimas enjoys working with film directors, writing & producing small screenplays.
Fauzan Zidni was born in Jakarta, Indonesia and received a master degree in public policy from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. He earned his bachelor degreein political science from the University of Indonesia. In 2012, he served as the producer of Republik Twitter and executive producer of Yosep Anggi Noen’s Peculiar Vacation and Other Illnesses. The latter was internationally premiered at the Locarno International Film Festival. Despite living in the same country, Zidni met Rama Adi and Mouly Surya at Cannes in 2012 and then produced together What They Don’t Talk About When They Talk About Love. In 2017 Fauzan and Rama produced Marlina the Murderer in Four Acts, which became Indonesia’s submission for Foreign Films Category in the Oscars, and received 14 Piala Citra Awards in December 2018.
Airin Efferin pianist, Co-Founder and CEO of the Bandung Philharmonic. Her experience in the music world includes everything from performance, production, recording, and post-production. Having personally experienced the healing power of performing arts, she is passionate about sharing that vision nationally and internationally.
Sophia Hage a sports medicine doctor, is the founder and clinic manager of Medifit Clinic, a medical fitness center that integrates exercise and nutrition for better quality of life. Sophia is also the co-founder and campaign director of Lentera Sintas Indonesia, an NGO that focuses on issues of sexual and genderbased violence in Indonesia. Her current role in Lentera is overseeing the campaign program including the annual roadshow to schools in Jakarta to educate the young generation about sexual violence. Prior to Lentera, Sophia cofounded Selamatkan Ibu, a movement to raise awareness on maternal health and disseminate accurate and evidence-based maternal health information to educate women through social media and community-based training.
