YOUR FIRST TIME

1. How do you know our consultants are credible and good at what they do?
Firstly, there are testimonials available and we do not intend to lose any dignity and self-respect by faking them.

Secondly, you can read up more from our resources. All our consultants are always very rigorous in their analysis and pursuit for knowledge in this field.

We strongly encourage you to take some time to go through our testimonials and posts and gauge their knowledge and experience for yourself.

2. How do I identify a scam?
It depends on what your definition of a scam is.

We customise and design wellness strategies and programmes to assist you to understand your own potential, i.e. your core strengths and weaknesses, so you can take responsibility for your own healing strategy and make better decisions in life.

3. Are your reports for healing computer-generated?
No, it is not.

Every report Ame writes is unique, because every person is unique and people ask very different and specific questions. There is no way a software can generate or explain a meaningful report.

4. I still feel lost after the consultation, what should I do?
It is perfectly normal. Reading can never tell you exactly what you need to do. It will give you insights, but how you wield that information depends on you and your own wisdom.

Please do not see a consultation as a quick solution to your problems or expect to get clarity of mind just like that. The only thing that you should expect from a consultation is the chance to raise your self-awareness and understand why you are meant to go through some things.

The answer to what you need to do will come eventually.

Hoping to get a quick fix to your problems with a consultation is unrealistic and is an escapist attitude which you should avoid. It is normal to want to escape tough situations, but as with all things, it takes time.

5. How do distance readings and healings work? Isn’t face-to-face better?
Distance readings, healings, and clearings work exactly the same way as face-to-face sessions, and are just as effective. The same energetic engagements take place, regardless of your physical location.

Distance readings can be conducted over Zoom or WhatsApp voice calls. We will call you at the appointed time. To ensure you can hear your reading, please be in a quiet place when we call. In accordance with our policy, kindly take note that face-to-face and online sessions are strictly by appointments

If there is urgency for in-person sessions, they are strictly limited to the following: urgent healings, exorcisms for the demon-possessed, and the cleansing of haunted houses. These are eligible for a visit from Amelia, which incurs a travel allowance of SGD$55, and SGD$85 applicable for residences in Sentosa.

6. What details do you need from me?
It depends. If you booked a:

● Bazi chart / Energy reading (SGD$175 per hour session) : Full name; date, time and place of birth; your current resident location; and any specific questions that are on your mind at present.

● Psychic reading (SGD$175 per hour session) : No details needed.

● Energy healing (SGD$175 per hour session) : We will require a full-frontal photograph with eyes facing the camera (full-bodied is best). A description of symptoms would be appreciated if you are comfortable to share them.

● Space clearing (starting from SGD$175 per hour session): Where necessary, we require a
description of what is happening and/or being sensed in the space (sudden temperature shifts, disembodied voices, poltergeist activity, etc). Photographs of the most affected rooms would be appreciated if you are comfortable to share them

Feel free to ask as many questions as you wish during your session. You are bound only by time

7. What can I expect from a session with Ame de Lumiere?
When you purchase a service from us what you get is a connection with Spirit, with outcomes to match your specific needs.

Where appropriate, we will tune in to the energies around you, and your own energy field. You will receive the messages, healing, and impartation of Light that is most appropriate for your highest and greatest good at this time.

8. Can Spirit answer all my questions and/or solve all my problems?
No. Sometimes, the answer is not available yet, or you are not meant to know at the time. However, even if you don’t get an answer that exactly addresses your question, we will still work as best as we can to give you information that you need to know about the situation, as well as what you can do, on your part, to bring about the best outcomes.

If the process of obtaining the answer to your questions is ethically questionable or incurs karmic debt, we will not do it. Neither will our Spirit team. We do not mess with Karma.

9. How does crystal healing work?
Crystals carry strong fields of vibration. Different crystals and stones vibrate at different frequencies. Due to their strong vibration, crystals can modify and adjust our energy fields and can assist in healing any underlying ailments except karmic ailments.
10. How effective is crystal healing?
Crystal healing is a natural, non-invasive form of healing, which repairs or balances energy fields which are low or unbalanced. It is safe to do crystal healing in addition to any medication you may be taking.

Some conditions may require a few sessions to complete the energy balancing for optimum healing and good health.

11. What does a house clearing involve?
A house clearing is a spiritual process in which we use sacred tools, rituals, and techniques to release negative energy from a space. During a house clearing, we work to clear the energy of the space to create a safe and peaceful environment.
12. What are the benefits of a house clearing?
Some of the benefits of a house clearing include improved energy flow, a sense of renewal, improved relationships, and a feeling of balance. Additionally, it can help to create a more tranquil and calming atmosphere in the home.
13. How long does a house clearing take?
Generally, a house clearing can take anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on the size of the space.
14. Are there any safety precautions I should take when performing a house clearing?
Yes, we do require the client and their occupants to practise safety when the practitioner is performing a house clearing. Follow any instructions provided by the practitioner.
15. Is a house clearing recommended for everyone?

A house clearing is recommended for anyone looking to clear negative energy from their home. Additionally, it can be beneficial for people who are dealing with difficult or challenging situations in their home, such as relationship issues or financial stress.

16. Are there times when you will refuse service?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse service when we deem it necessary and/or appropriate. Sometimes, Spirit simply steps in and says No. If this happens, we will gladly refund you your payment, and recommend you another Spirit practitioner.

(Please note that in accordance with Stripe payment commission policy, we can only refund 100% of your payment amount, but minus commission. A full refund will be given except the platform fee (3.4% + $0.50) which has to be absorbed by the customer. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.)
We will also refuse service if parties:

● Question our policies or haggle over prices
● Disregard common courtesies, and/or attempt to breach personal boundaries of privacy and mutual respect
● Are rude, disrespectful, self-entitled, or abusive in any way. We are VERY allergic to this particular
type of bullshit – such people are banned IMMEDIATELY and PERMANENTLY
● Abdicate responsibility for their own lives and choices
● Attempt to pressurise/manipulate us into giving them the answers they want to hear
● Are drunk, high, or under the influence in any way
● Are under the age of 18 and do not have a parent or guardian present

Please note that when we refuse service on the basis of the above misconduct, NO refund will be given. Anyone who chooses to breach our policy will, quite literally, pay the price for it.

17. What is our stand on lateness, cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows?
Lateness
All appointments begin strictly on the dot. If your appointment starts at 3pm, your paid time begins at 3pm sharp, whether or not you are present. To be fair to all our clients and consultants, we do not offer buffer-time allowances

Cancellations
If you are going to be at least one hour late, or if you have to cancel, we require 24 hours’ notice.

Otherwise, your payment is forfeited – We do not issue refunds unless my Spirit team instructs us to – and we may not be able to offer you any further appointments. The non-negotiable, non-refundable cancellation fee is $100 for all services above $100, and $50 for services below $100.

Re-scheduling
This incurs a non-negotiable, non-refundable $100 fee. We are sure your time is precious. So is ours – and we will charge a premium for it.

No-shows
If you don’t turn up, your fee is forfeited and we may no longer offer you any more appointments

18. How do I make an appointment?
You will be able to book an appointment online over at our Contact Us page. You will get an automated email with instructions and we will contact you within 72 hours to confirm your actual appointment. Once you are already a client, you may contact us directly for subsequent consultations.

1. Will you give me solutions?
Our consultants will give you their opinions – but not solutions.

They will try her best to give you a bit of advice based on what they can decipher. Ultimately, you will have to learn to make wise decisions for yourself and take responsibility for them.

SHIPPING

1. Where do Ame de Lumiere ship to?

We ship internationally to most countries! If you are not able to find your country in the drop-down list, please email us at support@amedelumiere.com.sg and we are more than happy to help you out!

2. I made a mistake in my shipping address.
Please contact us immediately at support@amedelumiere.com.sg and we will help you to sort it out!

Local Shipping Methods & Rates
● For all purchases above SGD$50, there will be a delivery charge of SGD$4.

International Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer different types of shipping via FedEx depending on how fast you want your deliveries to be! As shipping rates and delivery times differ for each country, please refer to the shipping section in the check-out page for more information.

We offer free international shipping for purchases above SGD$250

United States
● For all purchases, there will be a shipping fee calculated via FedEx upon checkout.

3. Who Is Responsible For International Custom Duties?
International Customers please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government.

Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. All parcels are shipped from Singapore to your address.

Please also note that we are unable to fulfil any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out

4. I did not receive my confirmation email upon check out, help!
If you do not receive your confirmation email, it is likely to be in your SPAM / Junk folder. We apologize if it is not found in your SPAM folder, please contact us at support@amedelumiere.com.sg and we will sort it out.
5. How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?
Upon check-out, a thank you email will be sent to you along with a copy of your order confirmation. We take 1-2 business days to process your order locally and 3-4 business days for international orders. We will notify you via email along with your shipment tracking number!
6. I cannot track my order.
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your order can reach you as quickly as possible.

Please refer below for estimated shipping timings:

 ● International orders: 4-7 business days

Please allow the carrier 1-2 business days to register your shipping status. If your tracking number is not working at all, please reach out to us at support@amedelumiere.com.sg and we will assist you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. What is your return policy?
We hope that you like our products as much as we do but if that is not the case, we will accept returns on any unopened and unused products purchased from www.amedelumiere.com.sg and
official pop-ups with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase date confirmation for a refund in store credits or an exchange.

All packaging and/or wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for resale and will not be accepted for refund or an exchange.

We will only proceed with the exchange or refund upon receiving the product. Please note that delivery charges incurred previously will not be refunded. Please reach out to us at support@amedelumiere.com.sg with your order number and your reason for return.

Items that are purchased during sales or using a promotion code are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges are one time only.

2. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Unfortunately, yes. We recommend using a reliable shipping service that will provide a tracking number. If return items are lost during its shipment back to us, we cannot issue a refund. Also, underpaid returns may not be delivered to us and therefore will not be processed.
3. I did not receive what I ordered.
We are really sorry about this. Please contact us at support@amedelumiere.com.sg and we will help you get your correct products ASAP!

BILLING

1. What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Paypal and AliPay. Unfortunately we do not accept cash orders or cheques at the moment.

All payments will be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

2. When will I be charged?
Your chosen mode of payment will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

1. Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes of course they are cruelty-free! As animal lovers ourselves, we do not condone any form of animal cruelty and we do not test on animals.
2. Are your products safe for use for all ages?

Yes, our products are safe to use for all ages.

3. Where can I buy your products?
Currently our main point of sales is at our website www.amedelumiere.com.sg. We do conduct pop-up stores from time to time; do visit our social media pages for more information about it!
4. Are your products completely natural/ organic?
As much as we strive to achieve producing formulas that are as natural as possible, it is far more important for the formula to be safe, stable and effective for your skin. Not all natural ingredients are safe. Rest assured that we take utmost care in making sure that gentle and low-hazard ingredients (synthetic and natural) are used in our formulas.

No, we respect your privacy. Information given to us will not be shared to any third parties
